Desne
Desne is a village in the Neretva Valley, located at the foot of the Rujnica hill, 12km from Metković. The village is reached by an asphalt road through the Kula Norinska, and nearby are the Modro Oko and Desne lakes, protected landscape areas rich in water and wetland habitats.
This destination is important for biodiversity and bird migration, and is popular among ornithologists. The 3.31km long trail that passes through Desne offers a unique experience of nature, ideal for hiking and nature lovers.
